Your consultation is a welcoming space to pause, reflect, and talk about you. It’s an opportunity to have a conversation—your chance to share your story and goals, and for us to see if we’re the right fit.

We’ll take time to explore your health story—what’s been challenging, what’s gone well, and where you’d like to go from here. Together, we’ll start shaping goals that feel realistic and aligned with your vision of wellness. After our initial, free 30 minutes consultation, you can decide if continuing our journey together feels right for you.

What's next?

Once we decide to work together, you will be directed to the membership page. Membership varies according to your needs from $39 to $179 a month and allows unlimited appointments and follow up calls/text at no additional cost. Your membership is designed to make care simple and supportive.
It’s a simple month-to-month plan that gives you unlimited access to appointments—so after our first one-hour visit, you can schedule as many follow-ups as you need in the next 30 days. Questions? New goals? Just want to chat? It’s all up to you. Memberships are renewed month to month, and you’re free to cancel anytime.

What’s not included? Any lab work, prescribed medications, or supplements we choose to use as part of your plan. The good news: you’ll only pay the lab or pharmacy directly for their services—no hidden fees, no surprises. We can direct you to the lowest costs possible because we receive no part of those costs.
