I am a doctorally prepared, nationally board‑certified nurse practitioner focused on women's health, preventive care primary care. My approach is simple: listen deeply, test thoughtfully, treat gently—and always aim for results that feel like you. 

With over 25 years of experience in family practice and women’s health, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to helping people achieve optimal well-being. My doctorate in Human Development and Health Promotion provides me with a unique perspective on how people think, change, and grow—insights that allow me to guide you toward lasting improvements in your health.

As an educator for more than 30 years, I have trained and mentored new primary care providers, equipping them with the clinical decision-making skills needed to deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. In addition to my academic contributions, I am a recognized speaker both nationally and internationally, sharing expertise on hormone replacement therapy, thyroid management, and the principles of pharmacology.
