I am a doctorally prepared, nationally board‑certified nurse practitioner focused on women's health, preventive care, and primary care. My approach is simple: listen deeply, test thoughtfully, treat gently—and always aim for results that feel like you. 

With over 25 years of experience in family practice and women’s health, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep commitment to helping people achieve optimal well-being. My doctorate in Human Development and Health Promotion provides me with a unique perspective on how people think, change, and grow—insights that allow me to guide you toward lasting improvements in your health, including effective weight loss strategies and nutrition coaching. 

As an educator for more than 30 years, I have trained and mentored new primary care providers, equipping them with the clinical decision-making skills needed to deliver safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care. In addition to my academic contributions, I am a recognized speaker both nationally and internationally, sharing expertise on hormone replacement therapy, thyroid management, and the principles of pharmacology.
